Kate communicates with referring clinicians to ensure they are kept up to date on their client's progress.
Payment is received in full and Medicare Rebates may be processed through the Medicare App
Referral Options:
1.Self Referral
2.Mental health care plan through GP
3.National Disability Insurance Scheme - Self Managed & Plan Managed Participants ONLY
4.Private Health where eligible - please liaise with your private insurer
5.Bulk billing referrals accepted in cases of financial hardship
6. Enhanced Primary Care Plan (ECP)

Creative Understanding can provide therapy under the NDIS. We are able to provide services to participants who are plan managed or privately managed. Please talk with Kate to discuss this process further.

Please note, a Service Agreement is a Creative Understanding requirement for all NDIS participants and a yearly review is required as per NDIS and Creative Understanding requirements.
