Clinical Approach

In collabortaion with our patients we offer Art Therapy, Interpersonal Counselling (IPT), Emotion Focussed Therapy (EFT), Somatic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Grief and Loss Counselling, Mindfulness based therapies and Trauma informed Therapy.

What to expect?

The session will be 60 minutes long and when we first meet, we can talk about what kind of therapeutic approach you are most comfortable with. Some people are familiar and comfortable with art, others not so much. I draw on all my experience as a social worker and art therapist to offer a range of therapeutic approaches, which allows a tailored approach to the unique needs of each client.
